3-Indisputable-Laws-Of-Leadership

In Life, in the World we live in, its the leaders who have the most significance. Primarily you need to be a fantastic people´s person if you want to be a Leader in any profession. In terms of business, people say that everyday money transfers from the ill informed to the informed. Always the Leaders are the people receiving the money. Here are 3 sure fire ways in which you can become a leader. This does not happen overnight but the points I´m about to share with you work and always work when you implement properly so take notes..

The first one is that you must value people. Unfortunately there are alot of people in privileged positions, even government leaders who do not value people. If you do not value people, this simply means that you devalue them. Now, lets talk Leadership for a second. What is a Leader and why would one want to become one?. The answer is simple ; to add value to people´s life. So if you devalue people, this means that you have no interest in adding value to their lives. You need to like people and basically think of the human race are predominantly good. For me, the vast majority of people are good and I like helping people. This is a requisite and is point 1.

The second thing you need to be able to do if you want to become a leader is you need to be more valuable than the people you lead. Whether you are the captain of a team, a CEO of a company, a leader of a coucil, etc, you need to be able to add more value than other people. Leaders emerge so you need to keep growing, keep learning, keep developing. You must put alot of good stuff into your mind which will enable you add value to the people you lead. Leadership at times is tough guys. As you can see from this, there are many more hours involved in whatever discipline you are involved in but always the Leaders take the plaudits. So if you want to be a leader, be prepared to add as much value (get better x 100) at whatever it is you want to do or are doing.

The third point is probably the most important as is so evidently missed in the corporate world. Point 3 is being able to know and relate to the things that other people value. You need to be an excellent listener. To have an excellent, team, work force, etc, you need to know sometimes individually what other people value. Everybody is different and has different values. You may be a CEO, one employee may be very driven and income may be a very high value on their value chain. Another employee may just always want to work with people or always want to do what their doing as they love. Here is case in point, 2 excellent employees with completely different values. We must listen, we must care, we must connect with the people and with the things they value. To put it another way, the leader should be a more valuable person who is the sum total individually of the people he leads. You must take your cue from the people. When you do this, they will follow you wherever you lead them.
